How to Purchase a private charter flight?Contact your Dedicated Aviation Adviser to book your trip and arrange your travel preferences, ensuring an enjoyable flight. After booking, you will receive a preliminary itinerary. Aircraft tail number and FBO information are provided on the final itinerary, given the day prior to departure.
Private Charter Flights: Every aircraft has a luggage compartment; capacity varies by mission. For example, a Challenger 300/350 carries less luggage than a Gulfstream G550 from the Elite and On-Demand fleet.
Shared Flights: Each seat purchased on a shared flight allows one piece of luggage up to 50 pounds (stored in the luggage compartment) and one personal item—such as a briefcase, purse, or backpack—to remain under your seat.
What is your Baggage PolicyWhat is your pet policy?Private Charter Flights
For safety, pets over 25 lbs must be secured for takeoff and landing using a leash or harness attached to the seat belt. Smaller pets should travel in a ventilated carrier. Prior to booking your flight, please provide the breed and the number of animals you’re bringing in-flight. Your Dedicated Aviation Adviser will identify and secure the aircraft that best suits your pets’ needs.

Emotional support animal
Please provide the animal’s name, breed, and weight at least 48 hours before local departure time, an up-to-date letter from a licensed medical professional dated within one year of departure, and proof of medical compliance.
Service Animals
Service dogs, as defined by U.S. DOT. For flights, please provide:
U.S. DOT Service Animal Air Transportation Form (attests to the animal’s health, behavior, and training).
Behavior Standards
Pets must be non-aggressive, clean, and under control at all times. If a pet shows threatening behavior or cannot be safely restrained, the captain may deny boarding or require the pet to remain in a carrier for the entire flight. Safety is the final authority.

Number of pets: Depends on aircraft size and owner rules. Please share details in advance so we can confirm safe capacity.
Cleaning & Fees
Standard cleaning is included. Additional cleaning or repair—for example, accidents, chewing, or excessive shedding—will be billed at cost. For estimates or deposits required by an aircraft owner, please contact your Dedicated Aviation Adviser.
LINCOLN PRIVATE JETS MEMBERSHIPWhat is an Authorized Lead Passenger?An authorized lead passenger, “the member,” is the point of contact who is responsible for arranging flights and is held accountable for non-members’ actions in the aircraft and for flight payments. This designation allows you to extend travel privileges to others. The authorized lead passenger may update your approved list by contacting their Dedicated Aviation Adviser. How does a Lincoln Private Jets membership differ from fractional ownership?We do not follow the rigid fractional ownership model. Lincoln Private Jet members enjoy the freedom to fly without usual limitations while receiving guaranteed service. Unlike fractional ownership, which involves shared ownership of a depreciating asset and multiple fees—acquisition, management, hourly, fuel, tax surcharges, and international charges.
